Mr. Jeffrey JIN

Greetings! I am Jeffrey, a new teacher from Toronto. I immigrated to Canada when I was a little kid and grew up in the GTA. A little more about myself outside of the classroom: I have several hobbies and am always interested in doing new things. I enjoy playing video games and binge-watching shows, but also like bouldering and playing volleyball. 

I really enjoyed tutoring and working with kids throughout high school and my undergraduate degree, so I ended up becoming a teacher. I have had the opportunity to work in a large variety of schools ranging from alternative schools focused on life skills to IB schools focused on academic excellence to First Nations schools focused on connecting knowledge and culture. I am very much enjoying the work I have been doing, and very excited about working in a small town as I have yet to do so. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the staff at Parkland Composite High School!
